"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.

Anyone else here following this?

My two guys are Lleyton Hewitt and Rafa Nadal.

I don't watch womens tennis, its boring and I find it unprofessional. Sharapova's not hard to look at though ;)

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

Rafa has one arm much bigger than the other and his bicep looks out of proportion. I think he's been using synthol.

i occasionally flip it on to catch ivanovic or sharapova but even that gets boring pretty quick

Mad Manic, that's what tennis does to your arms. I played tennis pretty competitively up until last year, and my friends always comment on how my right bicep looks huge and my left only above average :)

It's not synthol, it's just a blood pump from using it. That and he's a world class athlete from an extremely athletic family with pretty good muscular genetics. His brother plays for the spanish national soccer club I believe. The tan might make it look bigger too...

I'm Aussie and I'm following it. Go Lleyton! See Federer almost get beat by Tipovick? What a match. Good matches are exciting if you get into them.

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

I had money on rod****, for good odds to make the semi's.... *sigh

I do like the cut of djokovich's jib though. His sharapova impression is hilarious

Hewitt beat himself yesterday... He was serving what, like 45% for the match? You can't expect to beat a top 10 player with a garbage serve %.

He'll make a come back this year though, just you watch!

djokovich is a pretty smart player, he'll never be #1 though because of his gameplan. He basically rallies with his opponents until he finds a weakness and then makes the guy beat himself. He's very smart but he should be more aggressive, especially with his speed and good hands. It's funny because he always wins the big points when it matters, then he'll go on autopilot and let his opponent implode... Smart player, hopefully he'll develop his game a little more.

I still got money on nadal.

"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

nadal is the self-confessed tennis player with no game plan. says he never has a game plan for a match, just goes out there and beats the guy

Picking favorites seems like such a lame thing to do, but go ahead and give the trophies to Federer and Henin.

Lol nadal :p I'm going for him now Lleytons out.

Picking favourites makes it more interesting and fun.

Did Henin beat Sharapova?

"So, What Do You Do for Fun?"

She asks it casually, mid-sip. And you feel the floor open up, because the honest answer is work, gym, and a couple shows you're half-watching.

Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.

The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.

WTF is up with this Tennis craze?!? You all know that this is just a "Fad" or "Flavor of the month" kind of thing...just like how soccer was...even the people that never watched it before, all of a sudden their acting like they live for it...idiots.

Tennis craze? It's the Australian open, I'm Australian, its televised, so I'm watching it and following it and enjoying it. Guess that makes me an idiot?

I do the same thing when the soccer world cup is on? What's wrong with that? Or taking an interest in events I never normally would when the olympics is on.

Yes, I am more interested in tennis right now then i usually am. However, I'm a sports fanatic all the time!
