"The Kiss of Death Mistake"

You replay the conversation at 2 a.m. She texted back fast yesterday. Today, nothing. Was that smile friendly or flirty? What did the shoulder touch mean?

Every hour you spend decoding her signals drains your confidence and hands her the controls. Women can sense that insecurity from across the room — and it repels them.

One of the "22 Rules" kills the obsession on the spot: assume she likes you, and act accordingly. Sounds too simple. Works anyway.

Her interest tends to rise to meet your expectations. Psychologists call it a self-fulfilling prophecy.

Hey guys,

At some times i have felt pressure to impress the girls i was seeing and it could be stressful sometimes and seem like an uphill battle. I found it is exactly what you shouldn't do. I combined this with a sort of fear to upset her when she was really interested in me and holding back on teasing and being outspoken.

What i realize that i should always keep in mind is that in order to impress her you don't try to impress her, you actually upset her by pulling controversy & teasing and pass her tests in a fun teasing way. When she doesn't like what you just said and acts fake mad, don't apologize but actually turn on the heat saying things along the lines of her not having a sense of humor.

This has been an awesomely effective frame for me that got some girls attraction sparked rapidly. I just sometimes lose the frame when they actually show interest. And i think it is something they do, even showing fake-interest sometimes to see if you have the guts to keep that frame up when she is interested in you.

I am a niceguy at heart so i tend to drop my frame quite rapidly and allow myself to fall for her when she is interested and appreciate her interest. What i realize is that it is kind of a trap, and that while you think you are being nice and appreciating her interest you are actually ruining it for the both of you.

She doesn't want you to turn into a niceguy, she wants you to keep up your strong frame so she will stay attracted to you. And while being nice and sweet to the girl that is interested in you can seem like a good thing to do you are actually disappointing her, taking her feelings for you away.

I can remember girls in the past getting annoyed and treating me badly after turning nice on her and i would be clueless why. And be nicer to her trying to fix things, this will make it even worse! And ends up her leaving you.

This has probably been the most important thing for me to learn. Anybody that can relate to this?

A quote that really defines this is one by David Deangelo saying "Attraction is not dependent on liking".

"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.

Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.

Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.

The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.

Yep you've got the crux of the DJ mindset.

Ano0ther DeAngelo quote:

"Attraction is not a choice."
I have known it for some time. Though the thing is that you have to make it your own somehow so you don't slip up, that is the hard part. So even when you score an exceptional HB you can keep your frame. Because when that HB is all over you it will become a lot harder.
