My opinion is that if guys come to sosuave.com through a search engine, it's because they're looking for advice in dealing with women. They WANT to improve their skills, and often they don't like what they first hear, or can't accept that their way of thinking is so wrong. Most eventually mature into DJs or leave, but there is an appreciable quantity of newbs at any given time. Let us not forget, though, that except for a lucky few who learned DJ skills from a friend or relative or stumbled upon them by chance, we were ALL newbs here.
DJism isn't about manipulating women, but rather understanding and working with the fundamental differences between the ways in which men's and women's minds work. Sadly, most boys never learn this stuff from their fathers or other male role models in their youth, and far too many AFCs end up in bad relationships that end horribly or in bad marriages.
In fact, I believe many of the marriages that currently end in divorce (about half of all marriages in the USA) could be prevented if men were aware of how to evaluate and sustain a woman's interest level. Divorce is incredibly ugly; it often ruins men financially and can cause lifelong damage to children.
I would like to say, then, that a decision to actively limit the number of people who come across this site will cause lives to needlessly be ruined. Who here wants that on their conscience?
And as for those here who pull plenty of @$$ and just want to keep it to themselves (the motive I believe to be behind this whole thread), a little competition can only lead you to improve your own skills even further.
