My abdominal muscles are pretty firm and in shape, but they seem to be sort of crooked and I'm afraid to work them out too much..... does anyone know about this.

ok.
I just feared there was something wrong w/ me, and that my abs have to be perfectly symetrical. Is that the norm though? Does everyone have symetrical abs?

naw i ahve asym. its probably cuz im jsut right handed and use my right hand more.
