Fingering Your Woman

-Women are all about the foreplay. Sensually rub her stomach, her thighs, her ass, everywhere. Prolong touching her between her legs for as long as possible.

-Don't just furiously go after her ****, rubbing it like mad.

-Lubricate your fingers! Look directly into her eyes, suck on your index and middle finger for a second to get it wet, and then go for it, it'll feel much better for her wet, plus it mixes with her juices quite nicely.

Random thoughts of mine; guys, do vary your thrusting. Come again? (pun intended), well have you ever heard of Taoist sexuality ? If not read up on it, the ancient chinese taoist sages refined a rather complex art and science of sexuality, much of it is stuff that Westerners would tend to scoff at, until they honestly try it.

One of the standard Chinese Taoist routines is to thrust at varying depths in a set rhythm, you vary the depths of your thrusting for a few reasons, one most women do not really get off from deep thrusting, we do of course, but by and large it doesn't do a whole lot for girls because, quite obviously, the **** is not rather deep.

So plenty of shallow thrusting, no more than 2-3 inches in, with infrequent deep thrusting, in a rhythm. Two, it helps you to last longer, guys that go in hammering deep come quickly, too much sensation, shallow thrusting will get her off and you but not provide you with too much sensation so that you come like some 15 year old boy in 2 minutes flat.

Three, rhythm, vary things but keep to a set rhythm, otherwise it will not be too enjoyable for her. Also when combined with deep relaxation and breathing, such thrusting can enhance our ecstasy, and even provoke a near trance state.

Rhythms that you can try include 7 shallow 1 deep, or 5 shallow 2 deep, that is 5 slow shallow thrusts and 2 fast deep ones, or try 5 fast shallow thrusts and 2 agonizingly slow deep ones. use imagination and invent your own variants on this theme. perhaps 3 deep and 3 shallow, and so on.

When thrusting don't pile drive her, very few women enjoy this, some do, most do not though of course if she likes you she will lie . Think hip circles, like you are dancing, move those hips, rotate them, like a lot of Latin, Southern European, and Arab guys do. I travel a bit now and then, mainly I like getting exposure to new places and cultures. Standing water stagnates. So just like fingering her, have rhythm, vary the depths of your thrusts, and put some hip work into it.
