Asking to be a moderator

Please everyone, STOP ASKING TO BE A MODERATOR! Yes, it HAS been a year since Allen has employed new moderators, but there IS a process.

- Allen makes a post asking for people to E-Mail him telling him why they feel they should be a moderator.

- *Insert span of 2 weeks or so where secret activites occur*

- New moderators are selected/set up/haze...erm, welcomed by fellow mods.

If you post asking to be a moderator, your chances have already decreased. If you are brand new here, your chances are basically 'nil.
