Here is a fun question to throw at your girl if you've been intimate but neither has said "I love you" yet.
Don't say "Do you love me?", that is too direct. Simply ask "Do you STILL love me?" You are assuming she once did (this question is particularly useful after a breakup and reconciliation). If you're good at reading people and detecting lies her response will reveal a lot. Throw it out there at random, like when you are getting the door for her.
Possible answers.
1) Yes (without hesitation) - 80% likely that she loves you.
2) Pause and she says (perhaps indirectly) yes (hesitation) - 50% likely that she loves you.
3) Pause and she doesn't say yes - 20% likely that she loves you.
4) No (without hesitation) - 0% likely that she loves you.
Estimates may vary. There is never a 100% guarantee of course.
Side note: This method of reading people is why prosecutors put suspects on the spot and flat out ask "Did you kill your wife?" when they are on trial or being interrogated. It's almost guaranteed that they will say no, but it's HOW they say no that matters. Matter of fact, emotionless answers without hesitation indicate truthfulness.
