So what is the data showing the effects of weight training on HGH and testosterone production?
I workout and can definately notice/feel some kind of energy, horomone, substance increase in my body.
However, I'd like to see some articles or raw data and numbers explaining all of this. How much is T increased? How much HGH? Does your hair grow faster?
