Of course the article makes marriage look like a Chinese buffet for women --> as if they can just CHOOSE to get married whenever they want and a high value male will be there at her convenience.

In 2013 marriage is HIGHLY beneficial to women as long as they can pull a man who is more successful than them. Problem is --> These men are increasingly less willing to get married.

The truth is women are delaying marriage because they are not attractive enough to pull and KEEP a quality man!

Marriage to a quality man is always an easier and better option for a woman than going for a high stress career that will age her prematurely. Always, always, always! Women choose career because they have no choice.

I don't need to read an article on some feminist blog to answer that question. Women marry late because they can. They can spend their youth partying, attention whoring, "discovering themselves" (a euphemism for slutting around) and generally basking in male attention knowing full well that there are still going to be plenty of chumps willing to marry their cellulite-ridden asses when they are 35.

There's always a legion of betas who wouldn't mind marrying a bloated whale at 45. Women can choose when to get married, but the value has to be there. Also it has to benefit them.

in cultures that women cant get sex out of marriage women are willing to marry in very early age , so the answer why women marry late is because they can have sex and not willing to loose this sexual freedom .

I'm not even looking at this from a woman's perspective.. I'm looking at it from my own perspective. So if I'm almost 40 and never had any desire to get married, does that mean I've had some pretty good alternatives to marriage in my adult life?
