So why does one need hair to "feel way more relaxed"? It's like saying I need big muscles to feel good about who I am.

I don't let this stuff define who I am. My internal self confidence carries the day for me.

Does a fat woman should feel confident cause her physical shape doesnt define who she is? what about a broke man?

The thick well shaped hairline makes you more visually pleasant as much as the muscular body you mentioned therefore your chances of achieving a result especially in social settings is higher.
You cant make a first impression twice, you only have 5 seconds after you say hi and even if you have the best personality in the world it wont do much if you didnt reach the minimume threeshold for the other person to actually pay any attention to you.

Confidence comes from both past success and a genuine esteem of your current potential otherwise it's delusion.
