"She Wants a Man, Not a Boy"

You asked her if she wanted to grab coffee. Then you asked if the time worked. Then you asked if the place was okay. Then you asked if she'd prefer tea.

Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.

Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.

Either way, you look like a man instead of a scared little boy.

article: The Myth of Wealthy Men and Beautiful Women

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

Ha, ha.. That article may be have some truth as far as marriage, but it is no myth for dating.

I'm, ahem, well over 40, my wife is 7 years younger than I am. We meet the description of the typical married couple compatibility in the article.

My coed mistresses are 20 and 21. They are very attractive (one does p/t modeling), smart, and ambitious, and are with me because I give them access to a life they can't afford on their own. They can skip 25 years of struggle.

But I have an even better example. I have dated (slept with) a few actresses/professional models, including one who is one of the most beautiful women in the world, as judged. We are not together anymore, but I still see her on tv from time to time. She was 19 and I was 42 at the time of our relationship. The only reason we got together was because she is incredibly beautiful and I am rich. She was a very expensive girlfriend. That girl could spend more in two hours than the median monthly household income. The other models and actresses were not quite so bad, but they also are not globally ranked on beauty.

Money can't buy love, but enough of it can buy anything else. Every woman is available, you just have to negotiate price and terms.

The Atlantic Article just doesn't get it. David Buss knows his stuff. It's a chicken and egg thing. Kindness and understand are most important. Women need resources and if you are kind and can completely understand their resource needs at any given time, you are totally in with them. Wealth is about having near limitless resources compared to most....but it's like FEMA in the Katrina disaster....if you can't get what the individual needs at that given moment, it's kind of useless to the woman. The needs must be met, this is dictated by 2 million years of evolution. Wealth and being on autopilot do not work. They are good for status and initial attraction though.

How did you make your money?

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

Not buying it.

First thing a woman wants to know about a man is his earn-ability. It's much more significant to them than a man's looks or charm.
I think that's a) dependent on the situation and b) the age of a woman

I don't think a girl in a bar/club is going to give a damn about how much money a guy earns if she's only looking for sex. I also doubt a younger girl is going to be particularly interested in the earning ability of a guy if she's only out for some fun.

I do agree that it becomes important if she's looking to settle down.

Two women are having lunch and one them announces she has a new boyfriend.

First thing that the other woman asks is, "What does he do?"

She does NOT ask, "What does he look like?"
Again, I think this is only true if it's an older woman

There is no such thing as an unattractive millionaire.
I buy this! It's true as hell! A guy could look like he got beat up by Tyson every day for a month and if he had 30 mil in the bank, he would be called handsome and sexy.

It's different when men inquire about women. If I tell you that I have a girlfriend, I bet $50K that the first question that comes out of many men's mouth is "How does she look? Is she hot? Or any variant."

When women ask about men, they ask "What does he do?"
