I disagree slightly. My point was that it'll be easier to get closer to a girl if her friends also approve of you. Therefore you're swimming less against the stream. According to Mystery he'd integrate himself during the first night. It'd still be fast enough for pickup.

If you hang out longer with her, you'd become too familiar which kills attraction and you'd end up in the friendzone. Also the more time you spend with her, the more time for you to **** up.
