I found this great article that explains how our hormones work and how that effects our health and fitness according to how we eat and when we eat. Check it out. It really explains a lot and brings understanding to how our bodies deal with different food types. So far for me its working great. My weight has stayed the same but I'm getting bigger and not fatter haha.

70% protein + 10%carbs +20% fats 6-5 days a week
then reload once/twice a week with a cheat meal containing around 400g of carbs and lots of meat
hit gym 6 days a weeks, twice a day

eat fiber so you dont have sh!t stuck in your intestines,most people are constipated and that increases their waist size, add the usual belly fat and you got a guy who looks like 7 months into his 2nd twin pregnancy.

and for the love of god,dont jog,unless you are a chick with a whooty as$,that i can forgive.
