Art of seduction principles and application?

For those of you who have read Robert Greene's "Art of Seduction", how do you think that it plays in the overall scheme of the Rational male principles? Do you think the teachings in the book are to be used in order to enhance one's alpha qualities and attraction? They seem to be geared more towards a longer seduction, longer than I think most of us have spent in spinning our plates.

The best way to enhance alpha qualities is to get your focus off women and into some good goals, passions, hobbies, etc.

Too much time spent with a focus on women will drain you.
