“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

I was wondering how fairly little guys can beat much tougher guys in arm wrestling and I keep hearing arm wrestling has a lot to do with technique (though one who believed mass/strength didnt play a role at all was misguided at best). I'm just wondering what I could do to safely win against much less muscular guys than myself in armwrestling and not making a fool of myself ;-).

I just read there were different moves and for one of them (the press) chest and triceps were key. So I assume I should be able to apply this technique very well because the benchpress is my best lift. I couldnt really understand how this technique works because it wasnt illustrated very well.

Is anybody familiar with that? or with other effective arm wrestling techniques I could apply?

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

Not to brag, but here goes something:
I'm only 165 and have beaten guys that have 40-80lbs on me.
I can do this for two reasons: coincidental strength and technique.
My strengths are biceps and triceps. Thus, I can beat the aformentioned weight classes. Pecs have little to do with arm wrestling. In fact, shoulders/lats have a lot more to do with it. It goes, bis, tris, shoulders, lats, and everything else is a synergist.

Good luck :cheer:

I read there were a few different techniques, which required different muscle groups to be used effectively (of course its no magic trick type of techniques or anything...).

One of them was called push or something..u have to perform some other "move" which basically involves ****ing ur wrist thus making the other guys palm face up and then push and turn ur upper body into it..that way chest and biceps actually are flexed i just couldnt really understand all the details about it...

What type of technique do you use? so you say biceps and triceps are the most important part of it for u? I mean biceps and triceps are used for two totally different movements..so what's your technique?

Ever since elementary school, I had been arm wrestling, a lot.

In fact, in 4th grade, I regularly was challenging, and often beating, some of the bigger 6th graders in my school. It continued into high school but I stopped at this time due to a recurring tendon pain that would show up in my upper arm due to the position.

For me, I used to like to "pull" them in towards me. This involves suddenly jerking your wrist so that your palm faces you. It is even more intimidating if you do it really suddenly, really fast, really hard.

Now pull at an angle rather than parrallel to your body, as if you are pulling the opponent towards you. I would sometimes like to play with my opponents and give a quick flick back, and then slam their hand onto the surface (if it was totally successfull).

Besides this, the key for me was that I had an incredible amount of pain tolerance. I actually ENJOYED the burn that I would get by holding the opponent back. In fact, a lot of the time my wins were not because I could put so much force in at once, but rather that I could weaken the opponent down to such a point that his pain tolerance would be depleted.

This was before I started working out, however. After I starting working out, I was able to push the opponenent down much quicker and faster.

Another key I forgot: finger pressure. Try breaking your opponent's hand by squeezing his fingers together. I liked to also "roll" the opponents knuckles a little bit.

There will be guys out there claiming that wrist movement, etc. are illegal moves, but they are wrong.
