I say women are free to do what they want as long as they don't expect to be bailed out by men or the state if it backfires

Through the guns and courts of the state women have been able to retain their victorian chivalry rights while men have been stripped of anything even faintly resembling 'ladylike behavior' on the part of women.

So I say fvck it.

Women can buy whatever they like...but then they'll get their panties in a bunch when men with their own mansions refuse to look at them...

the simple fact is that men with their lives together want thin, soft spoken, kind, caring, feminine, non-materailistic, women.....fyi to ladies..all your PHDs, opinions, strident ways, independence, arrogance, will not ultimately help and you never get to dictate this.

A lot of these single women buying homes struggle to take care of them.
They failed to realize that homes need paint, yard work, fence repair, etc.

But then again you have these chump guys they con into helping them.
