Senior Don Juan
If you just got dumped by your girlfriend, you might be probably looking for ways to get her back again. Let me just say, that is not what you should be doing. You see, your girlfriend dumped you because she lost respect and doesn't think of you as the guy that makes her wet anymore. Some other guy is doing that for her instead. Any clever efforts on your part won't help you get her back. She doesn't want you because she is the one who ended things. So, when she just kicked you to the curb, why would you think she would take you right back with open arms?
There are always instances where it does happen that people get back together, but it doesn't last very long. She still thinks of you as the guy before even if you tried to change. Since she was the one who rejected you, she will hold the power and will treat you as less.
That's why you shouldn't consider or attempt trying to go back to her. She will be a stranger to you because she won't be the girl you used to know. Her former awesome personality will be replaced with a coldness that will go right up your spine. Is all that effort to get her back worth adding more insult to injury?
You had your moment in the sun. Now it's time to pull the shade on a bad experience and raise it up to a better one.
There are plenty of other girls out there who will give you sex, have fun with you, respect you, and make you feel good. You don't need an ex to do that for you. You don't need an ex to try to get those thing back when another girl will do those same things. Your ex isn't the only woman in the world.
Once you realize that an ex is not that special, you will begin to have a better mindset where you can start over with someone new.
If you're being disrespected and being treated like piece of sh1t, why would you pine away for someone who holds that much resentment towards you?
Are you still thinking about it? Well, read on.
One of my associates that I deal with every so often, got dumped by his girlfriend. She displayed all the classic signs of breaking away from him. Starting fights with him, being rude, insulting him, texting another dude, talking about him, hanging out with him, going distant, not replying to texts or answering calls, cutting off sex. Despite all that, he still stuck around to get humiliated and dumped.
I asked him why he was so dumb to let that happen? He said that he loved her, believed her lies, thought she would change, trusted her, never thought she would hurt him, thought he was a better catch, gave her the love she wanted, put a lot into the relationship.
He thought she wanted to work on things but she never did. After he got dumped he couldn't eat, sleep, felt an empty feeling in his stomach, life felt strange without her, and just thought about her all the time.
He wasn't the same guy when I saw him. I tried to pick up his spirits but you know that wouldn't work. I gave him the best advice that I could and didn't see him for a while.
He accepted her request of wanting space and didn't contact her. It ate away at him and it was hard for him not to call or text but he stuck with it. Then he thought that maybe the guy she was hanging out with was messing with her mind. He felt he needed to prove to her that his love was genuine and that's what she needed.
So, he went online looking for ways to get her back and ended up buying one of those lame ebooks trying to get her back. He did everything it said to do and initiated contact after the required number of days that the book said.
She started talking to him again and he thought he was going to get her back. He asked her to go out on a date and she invited him to go bowling with some of her friends from work.
When he got there he told me she was distant and not that friendly. She introduced him to her friends and had a small conversation with him. There wasn't a spot for him to bowl and she said he could bowl later if he wanted to. She ignored him and treated him as a nothing.
After he had enough he got up and left. She texted him why did he leave and was rude for not saying goodbye.
He put himself through this for no reason. He allowed her to treat him like sh1t all over again. If he would have spent that time doing other things and dating a new woman, he wouldn't have had a set back to where he is even more depressed now than before.
He's a smart guy and I was damn surprised when he told me what he did. When you have a weakness though, it will cause anybody to lose control.
Now he has to start all over again from square one with more salt rubbed into the wound.
When it's over, let it be over and move on. It's not worth it to be made a fool out of once more.
These chicks are like a light switch. When they are on, they are hot. When they are off, they are cold as ice. That is how an ex will treat you cold until they try coming back to you. Just be smart and don't take the bait.
He feels worse now because he didn't think she could do that to him. He didn't think a girl could be so cruel.
Oh yes they can, and they won't think twice about doing it either.
