Are we trying to hard to pickup women?

Are we trying too hard to pickup women? I was told by one woman that I tried too hard. she advised me to let things run it natural course then a woman will come along.


I am skeptical with her advice. I know from personal experience that I have to work hard in life to get the best things in life. Things don't come free and easy. I had dismal luck with pickup women. I am still fit, excellent abs, minimum grey hair. However I do have to wear glasses.

A bad sign when a women tells you things like this. Some guys exude neediness and some confidence.

Was this someone that you were trying to pickup or a close friend?

Here a hint: Your game should be so tight as if to be transparent!

I still think landing females is a numbers game. I am one of those individuals who has to try a lot harder to have any success (in pretty much every avenue).

The woman who told you that really believed what she said. But notice. She said eventually some woman would come along. Don't you want your choice of women today?

And I agree with a previous poster, alot of times ppl say this if a guy comes off as needy and incongruent. Work on improving yourself in all ways, talk to women you find attractive, and you should be on your way.

By the way, don't let women tell you how to shape your personality, unless she is someone you are in love with and is DEEPLY in love with you. Even then, you got to take personality/romance advice with a bucket of salt.

Me, I have to play it very carefully with women. If I try to hard I scare them off. But If I act like I dont care, they leave, thinking I'm not interested at all. I usually have a very narrow margin I have to work with when I'm interested.

I had a talk with one girl whom I confided my feelings that I haven't found my Mrs. right. She said I tried too hard. I should let nature takes its natural course then the right girl will come along soon enough.

I am skeptical of her comments. I had waited long time for nature course to run pass me. well, the stream of nature didn't bring cinderella to me.

Success is only had from purposeful action. However, charismatic finesse will take you much further than wildly swinging a sledgehammer.
