According to this article...

0.0086% of the global population is famous.

.000027% of the world are billionaires.

Do girls really hold out for these people?

Millionaire? That's more realistic. There are about 33.17 million millionaires in the world, 14.2 million of them living in the United States.

~0.44% of the world is a millionaire. That's roughly 1 in 227 people.

Roughly 4.36% of the United States is millionaires. That's about 1 in 23 people.

I honestly feel like I need to be a millionaire to get the "10's." And I think it would work.

1 in 23? Wow that's not even that rare. Seems like it should be rarer than that.

How are they measuring what a "millionare" is?

To get that number they are probably using total assets = 1 million.

So thats like a decent house freehold and contents, a decent car and some nice-ish savings in the bank.

Its not balling its just comfortable middle class

I assume they mean if you had at least $1 million in cash if you were to liquidate all of your assets.
