One of the best books on worldly inner wisdom which i've read is "Conversations with god, by Neale Donald Walsche" totaly not what you may think by the title, or of course the Kama Sutra,

A good book I read recently:

The Power of Now by Eckhart Tolle

Really enlightening stuff. A little on the spiritual side, but use it to your liking. It's all about living in the present moment and defeating the issue of time.

Exactly now, not tomorrow not yesterday only the constant changing vibrating moment of now, Conversations with God touches on this and also, also sprititual.
