Let's see: really hot means really physically healthy and fertile. That means their brain gets more blood and nourishment. That would tend to make them smarter.

An interesting theory, you could be on to something. It kind of goes along with what I was saying about the type of girl who likes to get her life together. These women may come from successful families, which might mean good genetic stock. Their parents may have operated businesses successfully, so they may have passed that knowledge down. A wealthy family means the daughter would be well nourished, have good medical care, good dental care, nice clothes, good education, etc. Some of that could certainly contribute to her being hotter or smarter.
