Why don't we see men on Only Fans, Hooters waitresses, Brand Ambassadors, Modeling, and etc? Yes there's roles that cater to just pure youthful men, but there's also jobs that cater to youthful females too. Both of these jobs require youth and become harder to do as you age. I have dated plenty of female engineers that did well at their job and I am in the healthcare profession that interact with plenty of doctors including surgeons and I don't see a gender bias outside job performance.
