I was viewing another Jordan Peterson video, and it got me interested:

Peterson mentions how such men misuse their opportunity (@ 3:09). He later says that men who capitalize on this opportunity are destabilizing society. This is an argument that I have heard from the incel crowd as well.

Jordan Peterson is off track and not speaking from personal experience.

The temptation that a small percentage of highly attractive men experience is not really comprehensible unless you experience it firsthand. His "just say no" adage is not helpful. Jordan Peterson makes a lot of money but women aren't throwing themselves at him so it's easy for him to recommend that somebody like Tiger Woods simply abstain.

Peterson is also way off the market in diagnosing the root causes of the metoo movement. Weinstein is the fall guy but there are a huge number of players in an organized network of rape and molestation in the entertainment industry, all branches.
