“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

just did my workout, and completed hack squats, 5x5, 57kg.

I did it with ease, and am at a bit of a problem due to the fact my weights go upto about 60kg.

The only body part i can feel being worked when i'm doing these is my abs on the 1st set, then it all feels really easy to me, and i dont feel as though im benefiting from it.

Am i doing these wrong? Will post up a form check vid in the near future if required.

post might not make a whole lotta sense, its late.

Just read my free ebook 22 Rules for Massive Success With Women and do the opposite of what I recommend.

This will quickly drive all women away from you.

And you will be able to relax and to live your life in peace and quiet.

I recently started 5x5s on squats, and I didn't feel like they were working. I'm switching back to 3x10s, but I can keep my heart rate down with the 5x5s easier. So, maybe you need more weight or switch to 3x10.

With 5x5s you do the most you can, but you do 5 reps per 5 sets and increase 5 pounds when you feel like you can do more the next week. You don't go up in weight during your sets, so try doing more weight, but stay at that weight for the 5 sets.

I did 5x5s on leg extensions and saw a huge difference because I forced myself to do as much weight as I thought I could do.
