I understand, I bought a Honda CRX for 2000 bucks. Thing runs great, easy on the pockets for gas too. I also have a Twin Turbo Supra and both are more than transportation, to me at least, and the crx is stock.

I also, agree with your advice on your previous post, it should be considered.

Bought my first car last month..153K miles, manual, for $1800

1996 Volkswagen Jetta GLS... VERY comfortable, needed new radiator, AC condenser, and fans, but it's worth it.

Engine itself will last at LEAST another 5 years, problem free. It's gas efficent, pretty quick, MASSIVE trunk (fit a guy in it last night), LOTS of engine bay room for mods, good engine response, great everything about this car!

I recommend a Honda of some sort if you're gonna go that cheap.
