“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

Lately I've been cutting back on overall caloric intake after learning that many people way overeat what they need, etc.

Here is what I've been eating on a daily basis to give me a total near 1,700 calories per day:

Breakfast:

Two eggs, poached or sunny side up.
Wheat Toast with a smidge of jelly (roughly 60 calories worth) for flavor
Ocassionally super small chunk of steak (about 3-4 decent sized bites) to fill me up more

Lunch:

Grilled Chicken Breast
Cottage Cheese
Salad with fat-free italian

Dinner:

Pasta usually with chicken or marinara sauce (I try to stay away from alfredo)
Salad

Snacks:

Pistachios
Peanuts
Pretzel Sticks
Fat-free popcorn

-----------

Of course I do not eat the same stuff every day at the same time, but I try to keep my meals small but with many of them, usually 5-6 including snacks as a meal.

Hmmmm! I see very little VEGGIES! Snacks could also include carrot sticks, broccholi, fruit and other yummy growing things. Also your list of snacks seem to be high salt items, this will make you retain water and make you look bloated & puffy...NOT SEXY! (Eventually it might affect your blood pressure)

Other than that it doesn't look too bad! There are good, healthy diet plans out there, look one up. The Mediterainian (sp?) is very popular now, give it a try.

MORE STEAK, MORE CHICKEN, MORE PORK!

MORE EGGS, MORE STEAK, MORE FISH.

MORE VEGGIES. ANYTHING GREEN IS GOOD. ANYTHING WHITE, NOT GOOD.

ANYTHING PROCESSED WHITE, WILL KILL YOU FASTER THAN A BULLET.

And don't forget to take your fish oil daily.

Grow, Grow, GROW!

Do you exercise/lift? You're diet is determined by what you do, and what you want to become/goals.
If you're just looking to be as healthy as possible, you have miles to go.

1700cals per day hahaha, some guys here would eat that before lunchtime.

1700cals?
Alex has that for breakfast for gods sake.
At 80kg, I need about 2000 a day just to stay at this weight, doing nothing all day.
In reality that's more like 2700-3000 with training in.

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

What are your goals?

If you're trying to put on muscle, then you aren't eating enough.

If you're trying to lose fat/muscle, then it's still not quite enough to stay healthy while cutting.

I work out but I don't seek to look like Jay Cutler (sic). I simply look to lose fat and keep a lean figure. I don't believe it's healthy to consume 5,000 calories a day and therefore I will not go over 2,500 calories in a day.

You're entitled to that opinion.

If you're basically sedentary and have a slow/average metabolism, 2500kcals a day is fine for muscle growth and fat loss.

If you work out heavy 3 times a week and do cardio 2-4 times a week, then 2500kcals is not enough and you're going to be spinning your wheels and wasting your time. I will be able to achieve in 3 months eating 3500-4000kcals a day, what you might achieve in 12 months eating 2500kcals a day.

But... It's your choice.

don't we all wish that if we lifted weights we'd wake up looking like jay cutler? Too bad that takes years and years.

Get wholewheat pasta - and instead of having snacks have another meal to avoid snacks - and the snacks i recommend are green veges unless you are bulking.

Just out of curiousity what is your weight Itishe and age? And explain to me how do you back up that eating 5000 calories are bad for you? That sounds very stubborn and illogical

Jay Cutler? Of all the professional athletes you said Jay Cutler? Kind of a strange aspiration for anyone to want to look like Jay Culter, but whatever works for you.

Down to individual preference, I'd never want to look like Cutler.
