Approaching women in Wroclaw or Vilnius?

I have actually been to both many years ago as a tourist but didn't approach any women there. But the women there are my types. But im not sure which city is better for finding a woman for long relationship.
Wroclaw is crowded city that also attracts lots of tourists. There is a abundance of women there for sure but sometimes I would get a headache from so much people around me.
Vilnius is much less crowded with less tourists, the city at times felt more like a small city at times while statistically it has almost as much people as Wroclaw. I found myself in a more relaxed situation there and also Vilnius is more beautiful then Wroclaw IMO.
Which would be the better one that would increase my chances of success?

I run game in both cities in the 10s but keep in mind that I speak polish while in vilnius most decent women speak english.

The thing is that those cities were gold 10-15 yrs ago while now they suffer the conseguences of globalization and mass invasion from western europeans as much as that cancer known as feminism.

If there is a wizzair/ryanair getting there from a western european capital forget about running game short term there.

If you plan to stay there long term it will get much easier.

Maybe with tourists...
