Approaching a girl who knows you by sight but never talked to you

Hey folks, a few weeks ago I was walking through town and happened to lock eye contact with a cute girl, let's say a HB8. The classic thing happened - we gave each other a smile as we passed each other.

Since then I've seen her a couple of times, I waved and smiled at her once, and another time she was with a group of friends and i heard one of them say 'hey, there's that guy!'. I would've approached by now, but I always seemed to see her when I least expected it and was either in a hurry or just not in the mood.

To get to the point, I found out where she works - shop in town, i saw her there recently - and I know she visits a certain sandwich shop at lunchtimes, so the question is how to approach this girl? I have 3 choices - go into the shop she works in (would be weird as it's a toy shop), stop her on the street when she's walking ( towards me?), or go into the sandwich shop and make it look like a coincidince that we both happened to be in there at the same time.

I'm a bit stuck, this is driving me mad!

go to the sandwich shop and get sumthing to eat or sumthing.... wait till she gets there if shes alon then ask iif u could join her since its kinda sad to eat alone or sumthing make sumthing up and take it from there.....

Go to the sandwich shop but get there before her and already be eating your sandwich when she comes in. Then accuse her of stalking you and jokingly suggest a restraining order.
