"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

Do you think it is possible to get rid of approach anxiety for good and never fear to approach any woman or do you think it will always be a part of us?

Also, who here can claim to no longer have approach anxiety?

Step outside your box and talk to random stranger where ever you go. You'll be surprised at first, start small if your anxiety is that bad.

I've randomly approached groups on patios and next thing you know we are shooting the sh*t like I've know them for years.
