eye contact
confident posture
kino? (though I think this can possibly be a bad idea)
conversational techinques?

Had an interview last week, it was a 4 on 1

The most important thing I did was to own the frame.

Also, relax, be confident, eye contact, proper tonality and body language.

And, create rapport with the interviewer(s)

I asked the interviewers/managers about how/why they came to this company, what they like about it, how long they have been here, etc...

I swear by this. Interviewers know almost immediately if they are going to hire you or not.

I pretty much hate interviews. During one interview by (Infinity Broadcasting), i was asked several illegal questions. I contacted my local labor law board and they told me the questions were lega.--i'm in law school now and they were ILLEGAL!

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

What would be some real-life examples of illegal interview questions?

CAn you please tell me more about establishing a rapport? What about creating a good impression?

I know the key is to have a enjoyable conversation, but that might be hard to do when you have so much pressure during the interview.
