"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

While talking to an attractive woman in a bar, I noticed that she would put on a glossy lipstick while talking with me. This has happened to me on several occasions with different ladies. I'm wondering if it has any meaning? In terms of body language what does it mean?

"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.

Ooo...look over there!...

Erm...I dunno hun...

Usually when I apply lipstick, lipgloss, etc. -- it's either cuz...
a) my lips are freakin' dry!! (no Blistex, or Carmex in my purse...AAHHH!!!)
b) I wanna look betta (just in general not for anyone in particular...)
c) I wanna look good for someone in particular -- that is... someone that hasn't seen me yet, but has just entered the room... (sorry buddy! :( )

So, personally, if I was interested in someone I would NOT be puttin' it on RIGHT IN FRONT OF him! He might get disgusted at all the funny faces I make tryin' to put the wretched stuff on...LOL :)

Did she try and look all sexy while she was whippin' the stuff on? I could see doing this in front of some guy you don't give a crap about, or have known for a long time...but not someone who you want to impress (...puttin on lipstick/lipgloss is not our idea of impressing anyone...)

This should help ya!

MUCH LUV!

Several girls have done that infront of me to make themselves look attractive and their kisses to be fresher.

SO ye it can be a very positive sign.

Well normaly I would not think anything of it but she was working as a bar tender and as a waitress on another occasion. She had made it clear that she found me attractive (She said so, and wanted to touch my hair, commented on me eyes, etc. She even asked me if I thought her lip gloss smelled good). I know what all that means. what I am looking for is the "hidden meaning," if any. Does anyone know anything about body language?
This lovely young lady may not even know that she is sending a signal, or does she?
I know it's a possitive sign.... But people cross their arms for all sorts of reasons, but it's a negative sign in terms of body language.

"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.

LOL

If she applies her lipstick in a sexy way, you know, very slowly while watching you, you're in.
If she does it casually, it probably doesn't mean anything.

If it happens to you a lot watch if she keeps ec while doing this. If she does it to 'seduce' you, you will know.

She's just trying to get better tips. I used to waitress...and flirting typically can double your tips. It's all about the money with anyone who works for tips. Unless she grabs your crotch and lip locks you...don't ever assume she is really interested.

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.
