I dimly recall being there 20 years ago...(grew up in the region..)
That isn't the place where everyone takes an inner tube and floats down the river with a group---and the pony keg gets it's own tube--or the beer is strapped or tied to it's own tube??
And then the local authorities fixed the beer can littering problem (you could only imagine the problem drunken tubers cause this way!) by placing trash cans along the banks with targets above them so that every drunken tuber coming along couldn't resist hitting the bullseye and tossed the beer can at it (and the can falls into the trash or close enough)---

Our local news station JUST did an expose on people tubing down the river. Let's just say that there are a lot of similarities to Marti Gras (beer, beads and breasts).
