Im in real need of dropping like 10 pounds quickly. Right now, im lowering my caloric intake, cardio, and not eating any junk food. I want to take a diet supplement that is totally safe with no ephedra or caffeine in it (that actually works). The guy at GNC said Apple Cider Vinegar is natural, safe and works too. Thing is, I never heard of it before, and was wondering if anyone has tried it with any success??? Thanks.
