App for tracking my location?

I need an app for iPhone 6 that can track my location say every 5 minutes and shows information on a map.
I have a female who keeps putting restraining orders on me. She says I drive past house all the time, sitting in front of her house with binoculars. I'm court ordered to avoid this person. She has mental issues and makes the accusations falsely.

Anyone know of a app of such capability? Need to cover my a$$!

I'm having a vehicle tracking device installed tomorrow for same reason.

Geeze man sorry to hear about this. The good old' restraining order, America's one-party court system. I had one put on me several years ago. I am a police officer and a buddy of mine is a Deputy who does court security at a Courthouse. Just about a week ago we were talking about the bogus restraining orders women try to get anymore. He sees it almost everyday. He said it's out of control and wastes so much of the Court's time. He said "I'm starting to wonder if I can smile at my wife anymore, she may get one on me". You are doing the right thing with both the phone app and the tracker in the car. Let me ask you something, how has the Judge acted towards you so far?
