Well guys,I've been reading up a bit in the DJb,and I'm starting the nicholas bootcamp,time for change!

Can't wait for the challenges to come!

Going to the gym tomorrow.Excited to lift again.

I'm currently in no contact(takeway) with my HB8 who I had a walk with,and two 9's.One at the gym(have posted about her) and one I haven't met before.Not really so into it right now,as I'm writing business tomorrow,and Have the whole week of.Then I'll make a day2 with the HB8.

I've also been stuffed with medicine,and I'm already better.Awesome week ahead! =)

Still have to start reading the bootcamp,which will happen this week.Starting the bootcamp next week.(LOL, not recommended for readers under 15??)

I feel much better,and hit the gym today.Didn't do squats,just leg presses-240KG
Bench-90KG
Barbell rows-60kg machine:I think 80kg? Not sure,Don't like rows much.
Lat pulldowns: 1 set of 67.5kg x 8

Still in no contact with any of the three chicks.

Well,I've read through week 1's material,and am starting now.I'm not setting the goal of people to 50,rather to the point where I'm happy with myself.Also,I'll start the eye contact and greet,as week 1's goal is.But,I'll most probably have convo with some of those "test dummies" of week 1.

I'm excited,and feel I'm moving forward.

Too bad the bootcamp we started with everybody earlier on the forum failed. Anyway, hope that things turn out well for you.

Well guys,Basicly I've only been texting chicks and being ****y and funny with them.Love it.

I arranged for a girl to come and "mentor" me with sciences this weekend.Though,she really will have to help me.But I'm gonna go for the k-close,cute chick.

Okay guys, I was at her house yesterday,met her parents, cool folks.
We studied science(which was the reason I went there..),and it was hella fun actually,despite her parents being like 2 meters away and listening.Though, she basicly admitted via text she's attracted, and I set up a walk(sorta "day 3") for today.She's in my neighbourhood,so easy.She also said she would like to c me kiss her after me being c and f over text.So, I haven't really had a chance to close, but today ima grab my balls and do it.

Refresh my goals:
1.Do bodyweight exercises.I haven't been to the gym in a week,and it's exams.I have this pull up bar,gonna use that till after exams.
2.Read book of pook.Starting whenever I get the chance,have to study today.
3.Start the bootcamp,and finish it.I'm waiting till it starts.
4.Stop smoking.Haven't smoked once this weekend! :)
5.masturbation stop.It's become a habit.

Alright,so guys,today was physics.I aced it.Damn proud of myself,I wasn't very confident about this exam,but damn I got through :)

So I went to the gym today,did a lot,and I feel it was a great workout for my legs.I'm also taking my diet seriously now.Gained a kilo. :)
I think I also want to get me "rules of the game" by Strauss,I heard it has a "30 day challenge".Perfect for the vacation,since bootcamp is way longer than vacation.I'll still be participating though.
Not really craving smoking cigs anymore,and not really smoking any.Been clean off MJ for two weeks.Again,hella proud of myself.

Now to my little request for advice.This chick that "mentored" me,I have never called her.We just text,and that's at a minimum.(I always initiate the chat though)And when we do it's fun. I saw her Saturday for the second time ever(when the mentoring was happening),and after I left we chatted.So she told me we should take a walk or something again this week,so I agreed.Shot her a text about the work yesterday,she answers,and I text her to let her know we can go walk now.Never responded(that was yesterday).
So the physics I wrote today,aced it.Was thinking of calling her(also first call),and letting her know the good news.Then tell her I want to c her.
Don't know,as phone game isn't my strong point,and overall I'm not really sure what to do...

Any advice (anyone) on the rest of my previous post?

I felt like posting my diet and workout for today.
This morning I drunk two eggs raw,and ate a bowl of oats.Before writing the exam I had 4 slices of peanut butter sandwiches.(2 hours after breakfast)
After exams I ate a small bag of Lays chips,and off to the gym.
Did freehand jump squats,2 setsx15 reps
Leg press,3 sets of 8 reps,180kg.
Romanion deadlift for hamstrings,1 set of 4 reps,60kg(didn't like it much so I just stopped doing it.)
lying leg curls machine,55kg(I love this!!It fvcks up your legs)
Seated calf raises,1 set,8 reps of 70kg.Another set,8 reps on 80kg.(Again,never really trained calves.LOVED it :))
And I was in the mood for benching,so I did 3 sets.1st one 60kgx5.Second one 70kgx5.3rd one 80kgx8 reps.
After that I ate a spoon of peanut butter at my gym partner/best friend/wing,and went home.There I had two eggs on toast,and another slice with peanut butter.2 hours later after lunch,(just now) I had a cup of uncooked oats and ate it just like that,along with a banana.Evenings aren't really up to me as my step mom makes dinner.Could be anything really.That's basicly my daily diet.

Any comment on my training and diet? And the book "rules of the game"?
And this damn chick?

It's great that you quit cigarettes and have been lifting. I'm not an expert on diet and exercise so I'll leave those topics alone.

School is over right? For both of you?

Call her tomorrow. Say "I have something to show you, come take a walk with me" and set it up for right then. Saying you want to show her something will ensure that shes curious and wants to do it.

So what do you show her? Well, it could be anything. If you have any ideas, you should use them. I would draw a stick-figure drawing of her (make sure it doesn't look like you put much effort in) and be like "I drew this when I was brushing my teeth this morning. You should probably keep it, it'll be worth a million dollars someday."

But make sure you kiss her, or she won't know what the point of the walk was.

Alright,thanks for idea,it was awesome:).

Although it never happened.I called her this afternoon,and said the precise words.She said she had another test in the afternoon,and then netball.She said she'll c if she could make it.I shot her a text late this afternoon,and she never replied.

I think I'm done with this chick.Think I played my game wrong.She isn't worth the hassle anyway.

So unless she reinitiates things,I'm finished with her.
Anyway,today I am sore as hell(my legs especially).I just kept my calories up today,and hitting the gym tomorrow for pulling movements.I'm pretty excited about this bulk.My goal is to reach 80kg in bodyweight,and I'm training and eating clean towards that goal.

Will update when there is something to actually update on.

Her(LAAATER,thought she wasn't going to reply):Hey u..sorry,I got home way later than I thought I would've.
Me:Your just going to have to make it up to me,Because I couldn't even show you what I wanted to.

Then no reply.Again,,If she doesn't reinitiate,I'm done.

Still nothing from that mentor chick.Not worrying tho,as I have a date for friday ;) (she is matric,and me grade 10,two years older than me.HB9,and DTF.!!),,and my wing's house is empty,,so a f-close might be possible..YAY!!

Today was rugby in town,Barbarians vs England.Barbarians lost hahaha.My dad is a rep for a big steel company,and they supply all the alcohol.My dad lets me drink haha,I'm heavily intoxicated writing this. Just wanted to update on the date,Excited once again.:)

Okay guys,awesome weekend. :)

To start with,my "date" flaked.called her like 3 times and she "rejected" the call.Damn her lol. I went to my wing's house friday at 7AM. Spent the morning just chilling. His brother was there and he wanted to drink.We called up one of our friends and he came over with his scooter.My wing and him went and bought a bottle of brandy. We finished the bottle at around 12 the afternoon, and over we went to this other dude's house. I wasn't feeling well,because I thought we would've went to the gym,so I had a liter of protein shake.That and the bottle of brandy later on made me insanely drunk and sick.So I threw up,and felt a lot better!

So this other chick(my ex) and her friend arrives,and I run game on HB ex.My wing and I get on their scooter(intoxicated!Never drink and drive kids!!) and long story short,we were in an accident with it. It involved a sharp turn and a lot of sand,so the bike went out from under us.Luckily no one was badly hurt.My knees and elbow is fvcked,and my friend/wing's hands are scratched.

We then went to this pub at around 6pm,a whole group of us.Now my wing's actualy banned there because of a fight him and his brother was involved in. They wouldn't give us alcohol,and there was no one there. So we played a game of pool and left to the Keg. Now at this stage our whole group left us because the Keg was to far away for them (puss1es), and it was just me,my wing,and this other bro,Stephen. We get there and I know almost everyone there.Even my gym chick, greeted her but didn't really talk to her that night.(She was with another group of ppl.)
We get seated,and get a drink.I run game on my wing's chick he met there,cause he wasn't making a move.He's "gaming" her over text..lol. Anyway will c her again, and I got nice IOI's from her. Stephen was invited to another party,and he got a lift.We joined him and I ran game on like two chicks there.Was a fun night :)
On our way back to my wings house(9pm,and starving) we hit up a pizza joint and grab a pizza. Eat on our way home,and slept at his house.
Next morning we went to the gym(and all this time I'm in pain from the accident!) and did chest,shoulders and tri's. Went to another town with my wing and slept over there.

Overall it was an awesome weekend. :)
