Anybody read this book yet? Just ordered it on Amazon, so it should arrive sometime next week. I guess in that case I'll get my own review of the book soon enough, just checking if anybody gleaned any good info and insight from this book...

I haven't read it, but I checked it out on Amazon, and I'm going to get a copy too. Thanks man, seems like it is a useful read. That gave me an idea; we should start a thread for book reviews, and every time someone reads a book they put the title and their review.
