What about if you're banging some woman and someone else comes in and shoots her dead but you get pinned for murder one? I wonder if it's it's OK to show proof of your innocence then? Both scenarios potentially see you pumped in the ass in prison with a destroyed reputation. Only difference is the false rape allegation will also have you on the sex offenders registry.

Well, if the woman is shot dead, she won't be able to sue the man for voyeurism without consent therefore the man wouldn't be prosecuted for that. Also, I reckon the man would be free to use the tape to defend himself against murder charges since the woman wouldn't be alive to press charges against you if she wanted.
