Also, I think hatred of one's superiors is perfectly natural. Their superiority is never used for our own benefit, and is often used to our detriment, so of course we grow to despise it. At the same time, we are instinctively driven to try and reach the top; you can't reach the top without destroying whoever is already there, and you won't destroy someone that you respect, admire, or love ... which makes hatred the only beneficial feeling you can have about them.
