I read it, but it was several years ago. Rule #1 is summarized as: Don't lose money. IIRC, it describes a system to help you track your investments and when to sell them because they are likely on a downward cycle. It may have described a similar system that helps you decide what investments to buy (or I might be mixing it up with a different book). Anyway, I thought it was good and informative, although I can't claim that I followed it exactly.
