"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

Do Not

DO NOT buy books on body language. There is plenty of material out there for free, on how to walk, and talk, and generally exhibit alpha, but it will do nothing but waste your time to read this crap.

I can't give you advice on voice.

As far as body language goes, go rent some movies, anything with very strong masculine characters. Go one step further, go to a club, take a look at how the actual "alphas" act. Emulate, practice, and incorporate.

If you can't do this on your own, take an acting class. Whatever you do though, don't actually spend money on books about body language, it's a waste of time.

Sometime ago I became interested in body language, including that practiced between the sexes. Like open and closed body postures. Folded arms are a closed body posture. Closed or open legs too. Open legs can be a sign of inviting sex (though I am in all cases referring here to fully clothed situations). Closed legs and tightly intertwined folded legs can be a sign of severe coyness or feeling vulnerable, in women.

What does it mean if a woman put her hands between her legs? In the cases I observed, the women put their hands high up in the upper thighs, not in a position covering the crotch, but between the thighs, almost touching the vulva area. Fingers pointing down. Legs were either intertwined or fairly close to each other but comfortably relaxed.

I have observed this in a female assistant, when I am in her office. The past week I observed it in another woman. Myself, she and another man were discussing something for about an hour. We sat in my office without any furniture between us, so she was "unprotected". She sat in this position virtually all the time. The other man has quite a domineering personality, but he is old (73). Both women are in their late 30ties, one married, one divorced.

My question is:

1. Are they instinctively "protecting" their genitals against male "intruders"?

Or, 2. "inviting" attention by pointing to it?

Or 3., nothing should be read into it?

Can anyone please tell me how to start a new thread on this forum?

Thanks
