You can do plenty of good exercises with bodyweight. Pushups were mentioned, but I think dips are better IMO. Dips for triceps and chest, handstand pushups for shoulders, pullups for the biceps and back, and lunges actually work pretty well. You won't get huge doing them, but it certainly will help.

And I gotta laugh at TJ. Cause you know the best sites are the ones with ads EVERYwhere and a total of 3 paragraphs of text for proof.

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

what I used to do before I had a chin up bar was too find any door in the house open it and grab the top with my hands and do pull ups on it.. not quite as good for your biceps as chins though but still good and give your lats a good workout aswell

Really...

There's little point in exercising your biceps unless you're going to put in a commitment to eat right (and preferably work out the rest of you body as well).

And that's a large commitment...

If I could put almost zero into a routine, I'd run. At least you can rest assured your heart is getting a workout.

But isn't there something?!

I mean fill a bag with something heavy and do curls, or something.
