Anyone in a band?

I want to start my own band in the near future but I have no experience. If anyone was/is in one or [closely] knows someone who is, how did you/they get started? I'm not sure what to do besides just playing more and getting better.

I would be lead guitar/vocals so I'd need bass/drums and maybe another vocalist.
 

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

Currently I'm in a band, and also doing some solo stuff. We first started off, playing some covers. Soon we moved on to making songs of our own, we practice 2 times a week and play at some night clubs....
