“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

When I do squats my left knee behind it I guess it's the ligments or the two things on the backside on each side of the knee. When I squat it pops on one side and it throws my concentration off but my other knee is find.

What could be the cause of this though it doesn't hurt or is there pain it just pops each time I squat? I just don't want to start favoring one leg over the other as balance is important.

I wonder if I injuried it a few years ago or if it's even a injury when I went real heavy with 400 pound squats but can't remember having this problem before and my top squat lately is only 105 since I don't have a squat rack I have to lift the bar from the floor to my shoulders.

Any ideas?

I have decided to just rap my knees so I don't feel this pop or whatever it is that is going on with the one knee. I know I will get the same feeling just bending my knee back without any weights at all so I would reckon since there is no pain I have not injuried myself and it is safe to continue squating.

Do you have any pain in your knee when you walk or something? Or like when you bend it to the side?

I heard the pop first time I did my squats but never after that because first time I did was wrong form... Hope that kinda helps!!!

No pain at all in the knee joint area or on the knee.

I guess I am discriping this as hearing a pop but not hearing anything. I can stand with out any weights and bend the one knee and I can feel a interference like it has to go over a bump or something before continuing on to it's full bend if that makes any sense. I guess that is the best way to say this as interference and not a sound not to confuse anyone here I'm not the best at articulating this sort of thing.

But definitely no pain which is a good sign in my opinion just takes my concentration off a bit when I squat and I have also tried adjusting my stance and the same thing.

Thanks.
