"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

Anyone have the Push-Up Pros?

I have done push-ups for a while and that kind of stuff, and I lift constantly, and I have a body that women always compliment on. I got the push up pros as a surprise and I must say they gave my back a hell of a workout yesterday when I did about 50 push ups with them. They are recommended.

Got some - they work great for me! More depth and intensity from them.

Push-ups hurt my wrist so I've always thought something like this might be helpful for me.

"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

Hmm, I might check this out lol.
But most of those things on TV are a bunch of BS. I remember there was this golden wrist band which was suppose to give you "more energy throughout the day." Not. lol.

Search both on amazon.com - I do that for every product I buy.

Their reviews aren't that good when you're comparing two products because few if any of the reviewers have tried both products; they can just tell you what they like or dislike about the one they purchased.

Here's a video by a guy who has tried both of them.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6nO4GcGpY9Y

It looks as if the major difference with the construction of each is that the Perfect Pushup uses heaver material in it's construction and has a thicker padded handle. The Pushup Pro is made of a lighterweight plastic which still holds up well and has a handle that is still padded but not as thick. There's more than a few home remedies that can be done to beef up the padding if it's really necessary.

Another thing is the value for the price. The Perfect Pushup ranges in cost from $40-50 while the Pushup Pro costs $20. Also, workout plans do not come with the base model of the Perfect Pushup, they're an additional $10. Workout plans come with the Pushup Pro.

So it's a choice on whether someone is willing to pay at least twice as much for a product which is heavier and was designed by a Navy Seal or buy a product which does the same thing, weighs less (good if you travel) and costs half as much. Oh yeah, it was designed by the guy who holds the world's record for amount of pushups done within a set amount of time.

Ammendment:
I just found out that there is another (basic) version of the Perfect Pushup. It looks more like the Pushup Pro. It doesn't have the beefed up metal handles but the padding is still pretty good. It comes with a workout chart and costs the same as the Pushup Pro.

"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

Joe The Homo...phobe, just playing. Im sure there is not much of a difference in the Wal Mart besides much easier to return if they break. They may be made side by side in the same plant.

are there any other stores that sell the $20 perfect pushup? I checked kmart and they are all out, checked sears and a bunch of other store sites and I don't see any other stores that carry this item for $20 like kmart does.

I use a $5 ab wheel. It works effectively because I throw in a few sets during a lifting session and because it's just downright brutal. Most people hate it because it's hard, boo hoo. I can feel it in my abs, lats, pecs and triceps. As far as push-ups go, I do normal and clap, they help with muscular endurance and with reaction/athletic performance.

ppl in my dorm have them. one perfect and one pro, rofl. i've tried them, and they are harder than the real pushup, but cannot compare to the bench press. i believe it has something to do with stabliziation as well as different parts of the pec being fired because of rotation and thus flaring of the elbows

I just bought the Perfect Push-up at Walmart for $20. I didn't expect much, but I was actually surprised. They're much more effective than standard push-ups.

"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.
