Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.
Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers. Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.
I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.
If you currently have too many women chasing you, calling you, harassing you, knocking on your door at 2 o'clock in the morning... then I have the simple solution for you.
Just read my free ebook 22 Rules for Massive Success With Women and do the opposite of what I recommend.
This will quickly drive all women away from you.
And you will be able to relax and to live your life in peace and quiet.
Then why do you want to bulk with carbs? If you eat low carbs and are 16% bodyfat I doubt you'd be able to handle a higher carb bulk anyway (without getting fat).kickureface said:do not want to get overly fat.
We are not talking about body building, thats a sport and has its own way of doing things, these here are normal people that are looking for a way to get bigger muscles, most of them will go on a bulk cycle and mess up very very badly, also bulking up is the easy part its the cut that I doubt many here can do properly.Akuma said:Diesel's guide (for bulking) is spot on. Those who give it a bad reputation obviously know very little about bodybuilding. Diesel’s guide’s pretty much a summary of all the bulking info you’ll find on T-Nation, bodybuilding.com, StrongLifts, etc (everywhere!).
Here’s the link to his guide…

And here’s the StrongLifts guide to builking (though it’s pretty much identical to Diesel’s)
