"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

There's so much BS you can see from reality TV and pick up artists on first dates etc.
Anyone have a favourite they'd like to share? Preferably one that can show the rest of us how it's best done.

"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

If you’re looking for a template or something to follow, you won’t find one. A good first date is not just about how you feel it went, it’s about what happens in the days/weeks after the date.

Sure, sex on a first date is probably an indicator it was “good” or maybe “ideal” for both parties, but without that it’s really about the next stages.

If you’re happy with yourself and don’t care about if you “get the girl” or not, then if you had a good time, that’s great and it should be enough to satisfy you, at least temporarily.

Majority of people, myself included, intend a first date to materialize into something (I.e. plate, f-buddy/fwb, or short term/long term dating). With that in mind, what proves an ideal date is how the result of the first date plays into one of those categories that you are aiming for.

As for how to make it “ideal”, there’s a bunch of videos that can be helpful if you need ideas (Tripp, Corey Wayne, even AMS at times). Just watch those and learn how to get good questions/stories/dialogue going and improve social skills to make it a great date.

You’re the man, lead the interaction to a successful conclusion. Best of luck.
