Anyone experience total loss of libido after physical injury and lack of exercise?

I've always been active but didn't do any cardio until about 6 months ago. My libido was always ok before that, and the cardio made it go up higher over time. Then I got a sports-related injury a couple months ago that has prevented me from doing cardio. The injury is relatively minor and I can get back to training in a few more weeks, but after a couple weeks of no exercise, my libido vanished. I'm talking GONE. I have no desire to fap, and no desire to sleep with the two girls I'm casually seeing. If I sleep with them, it's out of duty and I often can't finish. I can't recall a period in my life where I've EVER had zero libido for this long, even during periods where I was dealing with short-term depression.

I would chalk this up to the lack of exercise, except for the fact that I wasn't getting cardio for many years and my libido wasn't zero like this.

Anyone have this happen? If so, did resuming exercise bring the libido back and if so, how long did it take?

Cardio helps alot due to circulation.

How is your relationship with women? If your sex rate is low to none your sex drive and testosterone will drop.. it's not really something to risk.

Well the issue isn't ED, it's drive. I can get it up just fine - I just have no desire.

Relationship with women is fine - no real changes in the last couple of months there since the injury. In fact, I went from casual FWB to two so I have more options, though I'm not exactly have more s*x simply because I have no desire.

So you are saying actually forcing myself to fap even if I have no desire to will increase testosterone?

Fapping doesn't increase testosterone.

Sounds like depression to be honest. Exercise is a great dopamine hit so you're probably just feeling flat in general. Low libido is a classic sign of depression. I'd try and get some light exercise in each day if you can but otherwise ride it out until your injury is gone.

It is relatively well known that injuries and surgery make the body focus all resources on healing, including hormonal response. You will be back to former status when the physical injury fully heals.

If you have a good sex life your prostate will be fine.

My main problem with fapping is it trains the mind to deal with horniness through self pleasure and porn .

I have Low Testostérone and i guess do FAP too much.

Low T is gonna increase: stress,anxiety,dépression, sleeping abuse.

It's a spiral... And i am currently in one lol due to massive stress about work/exams.

I havent had 1 boner in 3 weeks. Now sleep 14hours a day. Its a mess.

To increase your T/Libido, you need to exercise, de-stress, have sex.

Your injury doesnt have anything other than your mental state and your body régénération (Okay, an injury will make you feel lacking)... However, while you heal.. Work other body parts.

That will help you stay healthy and actually heal faster.

Everytime i hit the gym... I feel great... When i dont... Its hell.. So i hit it everyday to survive
