Anyone ever had Frenuloplasty done?

Frenulum has torn 4 times already.
It looks like it's getting easier to tear too...it never tears all the way through though.

To anyone that's gotten the procedure done...did it fix the tearing issues completely?

How much did it cost? (full time student and currently dont have a job...so I need to know around how much to save...all I'm asking for is a ballpark figure)
