"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

i dont have a license yet so i gotta grab a ride to the mall or other place. i have WAY more fear approaching girls when im being watched by my friends rather than be by myself. when im by myself i know i have no one watching me and i can completely focus on the chicks. i have gotten numbers with my friends present, but im so much more relaxed when they arent there. when i see a group of girls and im with my friends they just start being like "go talk to them!!". im like "NO ****!!". and then they just sit there and watch me. i tell them stuff like "go over there" or "go outside". then i go to talk to them and they crawl back and pretty much sit there and watch me talk to the girls. ive started to realize this is something im gonna have to do by myself when there is no distractions. do any of you guys feel the same way as me???

"You Can't Argue a Woman Into Liking You"

You made your case like a lawyer. Stable job. Good guy. Ready for something real. All true. All irrelevant.

She weighed your points, nodded along, felt nothing — then fell hard for some tattooed bartender with a motorcycle and a gambling problem.

Logic is where attraction goes to die. The "22 Rules" work a level deeper, on the subconscious switches that decide within minutes whether you register as a MAN or as part of the furniture.

Stop presenting evidence. Start flipping switches.

yea.... i think as i get better it wont bother me as much, but i know exactly what you mean. As to get your friends away it will be easier if you go with ONE guy (or girl if shes cool) and then both of you walk up to a group. Dont walk up to a girl if shes along, because thats just gonna make her feel uneasy (2 guys, one girl...) but your not alone, alot of people have that feeling

I prefer to sarge alone. My friends usually hold me back, one way or another. The only problem with sarging alone is it makes it harder to close a girl who's with her friend(s). But it's usually not too hard to find a girl who's on her own if you sarge during the day.

friends are ****blocks...

Choose the right friend to bring w/ you  . I did that w/ a friend recently, He and I hit up teh mall (to no avail) but we made an agreement whre, if one of us found a girl teh other would handle the girl's friend or lay back if shes was alone. Godo to get it outta the way ahead of time.

"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.
