My story:
When I was around 20 I caught pneumonia and saw myself very skinny. This grossed me out...
So for the next three years I worked out twice a day, once for cardio once for weights. After the three years I stopped, but maintained my shape with very light/minimal exercise. Even today I still get compliments on my body 20 years later! Even if you are horrible at seduction women will bang you as long as you are not a filthy pig.
